In the most sought after location along The Strand in Saundersfoot village, Penrose is a great place for a holiday anytime of year. This purpose built house takes full advantage of its beachside location and is well designed, spacious with direct access from the garden and patio onto the beach. The views are fantastic from most windows and a flat walk takes you along The Strand to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. There are many attractions in the local area with adventure parks, sports centres, indoor swimming pool in Tenby (3 miles), country parks and Norman castles all within a 10 minute drive. The coastal path is literally on Penrose's door step. Venture further along The Strand through the old coal tunnels and you will discover the delightful villages of Wisemans Bridge and Amroth - a great days walking with a pub at the end for that well earned pint!!

Accommodation

Entrance into the hallway via The Strand. On the ground floor there is large kitchen/diner and small conservatory with French windows leading out onto the terraced patio (with hot and cold shower). The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. Downstairs toilet, shower and whb. Stairs lead to large drawing room taking full advantage of the panoramic views with patio doors leading out onto balcony. There are two bedrooms on this floor with a twin and a double, a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and whb. A further flight of stairs lead to another two double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and sea views, the other with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and good quality beds, with bed linen provided and beds made up for your arrival.
